Management are all very easy to approach Directors are not hidden away there always around and are friendly and apart of the Family 💚(None of them are on class A drugs or any kind of class drug ....Fact! ... I read this before I done this!). Training management and coaches are all very supportive and have a power of knowledge. Pricing analysis to help with larger business to support you and you don't lose comms. (in fact you earn more). Account managers all have Sinior account managers around to help them throughout the whole day along with a manager. Pre live (quality) are there to support and process the paper work and are all very friendly and easy to talk too. I could go on and on as I love my career and the people I work with and spend most my time with are all amazing and honest people how anyone who has previously worked at EXCHANGE UTILITY can comment and say it's not a good place to work is obviously bitter about something! Incentives are great! Commissions un Capped - what you put in you get out - just saying. If your someone who wants to just sit and treat our offices like a call center and not do much well then you won't last long. Doesn't take a lot to build your own little business within the business.

The only negative thing in my opinion is there is no smoking shelter but umbrellas are provided.

When I Joined Exchange Utility over 3 years ago i could see that this was a company going places. It is a fun, Vibrant place to work with excellent opportunity's. One of the best commission structures in any sales roll and as a company they will support you throughout ensuring you have right training and coaching for you to achieve your goals. From the owner of the business to the Director and all senior Managers you are treated as a member of one very big family. If you are self motivated and money hungry then this is the company to work for. You have full autonomy over your own daily activities and you are NOT Micro managed within an inch of your life all you need to do is just meet a few basic KPI's and you will have a successful career within Exchange Utility. With excellent working hours, early finish on a Friday and not to mention party nights out and the famous Annual Ball I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Everyone no matter where you work has a gripe or two but if you speak about these to management they listen and try to accommodate all requests. i cant think of anything or any reason why you would work in any other sales role.
