The good stuff is it enjoyable and great learning experience if ur a people person.

Managers drink on jobs make way to many sexual jokes flirt with every woman they train and send employee to do there runs instead of doing there jobs full fledge lying to employees the company is totally unorganized and admin is never on same page with each other words get tossed around they dont get permits for there employees even tho they have had issues with city setting up in certain spots and employees almost getting arrested people are not being onboard properly and not fast enough as they should be background check take for ever to get back and everyone is being trained differently training some people one way the training somebody another way and then telling the other people they doing it wrong ans they the ones that trained them and the list goes on totally not professional they expect sometimes the impossible they don't get what we end up running out here unless they put here to expireance it to under stand we can explain till we turn blue and they still dont get why numbers drop ..
