Pros

1. friendly staff 2. on time salary even in pandemic

Cons

1. Worst HR department 2. Flexible timings is a joke. working for more than 12 hours without OT 3. No night shift allowance post 11:30 pm and no cab service for girls. Must go behind HR for reimbursement. 4. No proper timings for employees. They should be available from morning till midnight sometimes even weekends too 5. NO yearly increments and management is least bothered about it 6. Leave policy is not upto the mark. less leaves per year and we need to put casual leave for sick leave.

Pros

The company hires great individuals and you get the opportunity to work with intelligent people in a fast-paced and interesting atmosphere. Every day you are met with new challenges and the work changes week after week. They hired me off of performance and merit rather than years of experience, which is not something you see every day. The company is small, but communication is excellent and despite being geographically dispersed there is a feeling of companionship and closeness among the employees that I did not experience at a large company. There are opportunities to work on interesting new products and engage in portions of projects that are often split up among different teams and management levels at larger companies which gives you the opportunity to learn and grow at a much faster rate. In addition to this there has been plenty of in-house coaching and training to help grow employees.

Cons

The PPM market is a bit shaky at the moment, but the company is trying to move into a new product and do it's best to keep moving forward. Despite the shaky market, communication has been clear and encouraging. With the landscape of the PPM market being uncertain it is not clear where future career opportunities lie.
