Pros

Nice team and work from home fully remotely.

Cons

Lack of training and development. When interviewed I stated I was still new to the working world and may not have all the experience.I asked them why would they want to hire someone who's still new to the professional work. They stated they like new young fresh minds to work with them and that they would be able to help support training a graduate in area's that may require additional help. However when joining had little to no workload and then was expected to know what to do when they required data analysis, which I had never done. Kept asking to shadow more experienced employee's but never actaully got to.

Pros

Line management, intelligent colleagues, back office staff lovely

Cons

Poor business planning, directors are quite old and just seem to want to milk the company for dividends, no coherent business development plan, very tight with money, poor salary reviews (I got 2.5% when inflation was 13%)
