      Pros

      Enjoy having a training allowance of $2500 annually; ample PTO and flex schedules; friendly and responsive back office! I've been able to call HR after hours and get questions answered in a timely manner.

      Cons

      I am a veteran who does not use healthcare benefits but I feel like some of the medical benefits were a bit pricey.

      Pros

      Very understanding supervisors. Relaxed atmosphere. No micromanagement from direct supervisors.

      Cons

      The clients that the company provides a service to are ok for the most part but, some have a say in when you take PTO or work from home. They act like your boss but will tell you that they aren't your boss. Its very frustrating and this has contributed to a hire turnover rate in the past.
