The HR team was supportive and responsive throughout the onboarding. I received good guidance on tools, systems, and internal processes. Team members were approachable and willing to help when needed.
Cons
Coming back to India after working in the UK, adapting to a different work culture and compliance process took some time. There were quite a few documentation requirements related to previous employments, and gathering these from overseas employers can be tricky and time-consuming.
