      Work-life balance is great. Tuition assistance.

      Cons

      Bad management, I mean BAD!! except for a few great ones. Paid lower than the standard, prompting them to raise the salary pretty much yearly to meet the State's minimum wage for the position.

      Culture is inclusive Medical benefits is fair

      Pays low You have to really know someone or have worked on several projects with other teams to even be considered for promotions or to move positions. Interviews take place but they tell you “it’s who and how well you know them”. You will continue to beat your head on the wall by having multiple interviews leading to nowhere.
