      Pros

      There are so many cons even i have mention only cons in PROS. Only pros is that never join this company. There is no such thing to learn they still use old technology. Still use old sql base . No new development. Even clients are not happy with them . No increment. Most important thing they don’t appreciate new talent

      HR hows work to manage employees are interfering ỉn projects 🤣 about which they even dont know A of that 🤣🤣 just imagine which type of management this company have

      You will be trusted with new responsibilities if you become well versed in your job. Processes are organized, so you know where to start from. Company makes everyone feel valued through gift offerings on Diwali, organizing family events, and conducting quarterly team dinners

      Its not always possible to have a balanced work and life due to work demanding nature
