      Pros

      There was constant training for new projects, CPR, and programs. Everyone was always working as a team to get to the same goal. The company culture was enjoyable and friendly. No matter the question, you got an answer without any judgement.

      Cons

      There were times that I think staff is under utilized. Staff is there, they should be used to their full potential.

      - Great people - very flexible (make your own schedule) - great for students - free slushies - very relaxed and layed back

      Cons

      - no raises - it sometimes got very cold in the arena
