Excelcare is a dinosaur of a company run by people not in touch with the real world. If you are willing to be a slave for the Ertosuns and line their pockets and work twice your contracted hours you will be treated well. However if you are not one of these people do not expect healthcare from a helthcare provider, sick pay, work from home, or anything a modern company provides. You will only receive the bare minimum with no benefits and no chance of promotion unless you prove to be a good slave. But its fine while you lose a weeks pay because you got covid due to being forced to work in the office Ozzie gets to drive his rolls royce around while Sam delusionally sends out midnight emails proclaiming everyone her family and stars and other utter cringe that is meaningless.
