I could set my own favourable hourly rate for each subject I wanted to tutor.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company has not been able to provide me with any students to tutor, after one year of signing their contract. Even though they had promised to do so. In their contract, I am not allowed to join any other service as a tutor while working for them.
