All they care about is money. You can’t call in sick as they force you to come into work. Management does not respect staff at all. They do not give a copy of your contract. Forced me to share my location outside of work hours. I paid for my own dbs check and they aren’t sending me a copy of it even thought they said they will (I’ve asked them so many times and they are just ignoring me now). You are forced to stay there for a year because of the way they have made their contract!! You cannot leave this sick place otherwise you have to PAY THEM!
