I've been in construction for 6 years and have worked at two different residential construction companies, Excel Roofing is hands down the best company I have worked for. If you are new to the industry the learning curve for the first couple of weeks can be overwhelming for some. If you can keep a good attitude, stay disciplined and work hard during the training program it will pay off.
