Cons
Extremely toxic culture driven from the top down. The CEO’s behavior created an atmosphere of fear, instability, and constant blame. Unrealistic KPIs and targets with little to no real support. Constant micromanagement and public criticism — even small mistakes were exaggerated. Very high staff turnover, which says it all. No genuine investment in people’s development — only results, regardless of how they’re achieved.
