      Very nice people and management.

      Compensation was low if you're not selling. Cold calling people is trough. People outside the company can be mean.

      -Generous holiday schedule. You will get your birthday off

      Cons

      -They use ATS software that is over 30 years old and feels like it -All communication from the partners/upper management goes through one person and it is never clear -The worst commission structures you will ever see -They are extremely cheap! -Absolutely 0 tools to help you. Technology or people -They play favorites with WFH. There are people there who live 5 minutes away form the office who wfh all week and people who have to commute 2 hours a day who have to go in M-TH
