      Pros

      The workers in the branches are awesome. They go our of their way to get it done even when upper management goes out of their way to hurt them

      Cons

      No experience running a branch or division but they out this extremely young lady with a bad attitude in charge. Upper management does not include mid level in decisions that the mid level will be responsible for getting correct

      Pros

      Its the best company that I've worked for. The sky is the limit and the potential is up to you. If you a re go-getter and love to help people then this is the job for you. On top of all that the rewards and incentives are great and my staff is awesome!

      Cons

      Absolutely none, I have no complaints.
