      One of the best jobs I have ever had. Upper management was very supportive. Fair salary for the industry. Healthy bonus structure.

      Cons

      Hours but pretty normal for the industry.

      Pros

      The workers in the branches are awesome. They go our of their way to get it done even when upper management goes out of their way to hurt them

      Cons

      No experience running a branch or division but they out this extremely young lady with a bad attitude in charge. Upper management does not include mid level in decisions that the mid level will be responsible for getting correct
