      Pros

      The team works really well together and they're developing really cool products. The different teams are well organized and the partners participate a lot in the management of the company.

      Cons

      The company has to grow more outside of Latin America to establish as a world-class integrator. Not many people outside of Brazil know Exceda.

      Pros

      Exceda is a great company that values individual performance, input, and provides a fabulous environment to be creative and advance business skills and experience. It offers a true SMB environment where the Owners are a phone call away to lend advice and expertise and encourage out of the box thinking. If you are looking for an environment where your input means something and you can be a part of a growing business, Exceda will not disappoint you.

      Cons

      There really are no cons for me, but SMB is not for everyone.
