Having the freedom to come and go when you want. You just have to place the time on the shared Microsoft calendar that you will be out of office.
Cons
The sexual discrimination comes from the top... It is very well known that this is a woman owned company and it is thrown in your face if you are a male employee. The female employees have also been known to utilize a team building against a male employee that they do not like and try to file sexual harassment with no proof. The company has no idea what they are doing for the future. They have the tendency to change her mind at the drop of a dime and not inform the management staff. People are left lost in knowledge. The pay is low for the positions, unless you are a person that kisses butt. They says they don't care for butt kissers, but the people that do stick around are just that! Cannot make up their mind on real estate. Always talk about selling this property, buying this property, moving to this property..... ugh - enough!
