      Pros

      Despite being international, offices in the US and Europe, the employees and management are very close. Communication is very fluent and easy. The company is flexible and offers a lot of possibilities for its employees. The internal relationships are based on respect. If you give yours 100%, you wlil get unique opportunities and the chance to grow as an individual and as a team member.

      Cons

      Because it isn't the biggest company, sometimes you'll have to exit your comfort zone and do things you are not used to do.

      This company dares to challenge their employees, they are responsible for their own success. During my internship I was given opportunities to really make a difference and develop myself. This is a gamechanger for new employees and recent graduates

      Being an international company comes with challenges. Communication & strategy is important to keep streamligned.
