      Pros

      International team and good spirited colleagues is a very good point in this company.

      Cons

      There's a strong feeling that power and opportunities are locked by a happy few (senior managers and partners). Internal promotions are rare and do not really depend on performances. The same goes for financial or recognition. Initiatives and inventivity are discouraged.
