Pros
I loved working at Examine.com. Kamal and Sol are strong leaders, fair and generous with their time, which I respected very much. They make it a priority to hire good people and to foster an inclusive work environment. I always felt very comfortable speaking my opinions and making mistakes (as long as you learned from it).
Cons
Back in 2018, the onboarding operations playbook needed refining (Understandable since it was still a nascent startup).
