Pros
- Supportive directors and senior managers - there’s a real effort to keep everyone engaged - social activities, pizza lunches, Valentine treats etc - hard work is appreciated - lots of opportunities to move around and try other jobs if you want a new challenge - they make an effort to promote from within - sensible home working policies
Cons
- The pay is good but the overall benefits package is not competitive. Very low employer pension contributions, no private healthcare, poor sick pay. The company are working on the benefits, improvements were made to holiday allowances and introducing buy sell holiday options this year. More improvements needed though. - parking is limited on site. There is more parking nearby about 5 minutes walk away.
