      Poor culture, behaves in an unethical way. Jobs for the boys. High turnover of staff. Removes benefits and pay rises at a moments notice illegally

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
