Horrible culture of fear and intimidation - Anonymous employee ExamWorks Employee Review

No raises, no bonuses, no support from management, no collaboration with management. It's "do what I say or there will be consequences". Fear and intimidation. Management likes to cover up their mistakes and point fingers at subordinates but also like to take credit for their subordinates efforts and accomplishments. Very cut-throat, at least with some in middle management. Bottom line is this company only cares about the bottom line and couldn't care less about the employees or the customers they are supposed to be serving. Companies owned by private equity firms usually means lower wages and a constant need to justify your job. Working for a fast food chain might actually offer more incentive, pay and appreciation. Definitely less stress. You don't need or deserve to be treated like this.
