      Training is helpful, detailed and more than any other business I've been a part of previously

      Cons

      Anything after the first 4 weeks. "Academy" what a joke! The "manager" doesn't leave their seat and the "team leaders" dont have a clue! Ruined the positive 4 weeks before we joined them!

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Cons

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
