      Pros

      Don't need the experience to get hired. Remote during COVID. Co-workers are nice. Monday-Friday schedule.

      Cons

      No raise. No yearly review. Too much work for one person. No 401 k match. Not great benefits. No health insurance. Doctors are very rude. Pay is $12-$15 an hour.

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Cons

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
