Terrible - Claims Handler ExamWorks Employee Review

There has been a recent restructure and no one knows what’s going on, managers are rude and pick constant holes in what you do. Everything is monitored. People are leaving left right and centre because the job is hard and there is no appreciation for the effort you put in. You end up dealing with constant complaints from clients and are not given enough time to deal with them which just makes it all worse. Pay is awful for what is expected of you. HR/accounts and anyone who isn’t in claims look down on the claims handlers and act like they’re better than everyone. Don’t bother applying.
