      Pros

      Humane and sincere treatment of employees, a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, and the management is open to initiatives and suggestions.

      Cons

      It is quite challenging to get up to speed and very easy to miss on some important updates - the company lacks structure in the onboarding materials and the unified vision in general, though attempts to solve it are currently being made.

      A very inclusive and open company to work for. An almost family-like culture (the good kind).

      Priorities can shift very quickly, which can sometimes make you feel like you are always having to catch up.
