Pros

* As a remote employee I feel very connected and they provide fantastic software/hardware to do my job. * No micro-management * Pursues quality: automated tests, smooth deployments (CI/CD), tech debt removal, code reviews, pairing, good QA * Poised for growth * Very healthy financially * Very talented employees: they have a challenging and thorough interview process. As a developer, very few companies do this. Not the academic trivial algorithms but real-world coding assessments. * Top-notch work-life balance. 100% remote and flex hours. Only 1 week/year travel. * HR is very responsive before, during, and after the interview and hiring.

Cons

* Typical growing pains: team sizes, hiring challenges, roadmap changes, etc. * An atypical org chart - the titles aren't traditional or very relevant which may not appeal to those who consider titles very important. * A bit too much vendor-lock-in technologically. This is a thoroughly MS shop so we use a few clearly worse products.
