Working at Exactius has been a really rewarding experience. The team is comprised of talented individuals with a wealth of knowledge, and everyone is truly invested in their work (I have seen countless times employees go above and beyond for the team). The environment encourages continuous learning and growth, while celebrating the wins and the failures, and offers opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients. Additionally, the flexibility to work fully remote adds to the overall positive experience.
Cons
Working remotely requires a lot of meetings, especially during US Time zone. You can definitely work from wherever you want in the world but it is easier to work "normal hours" if you are located in the US/South America
