Pros

- Hard to think of many 'pros;' if anything, it was interesting to work with global teams and clients.

Cons

Leadership turnover is high — the ENTIRE executive team changed within eight months, creating instability and unclear direction. Internal feedback from experienced, long-tenured employees is dismissed, limiting innovation and improvement. Nothing sugguested from marketing and sales is listened to whatsoever. Training and onboarding are minimal, leaving new hires to learn on their own. Zero training except for maybe 2 sessions with an SE or Sales Person. With this industry, transfer pricing, and their cumbersome processes, training is key. Sales morale is low; a lack of collaboration and accountability impacts the overall work environment. The main sales people are angry and speak badly about leadership, processes, and others --- makes it hard to find balanace and enjoy your work. Heavy reliance on manual processes makes efficiency difficult, especially for a sales person and when they have offsource teams doing lead hunting and input into SF. Benefits and compensation are below industry standards.
