      Pros

      Easy going atmosphere makes working for Exa a pleasure. All staff are very happy with staff turn over very low. Most people have been working for the company a very long time.

      Cons

      Technology changes very quickly, so it's key to be up to date with the latest advances. Full training is provided on an ongoing basis. New people to the industry have to be intellegent and take things in. If you struggle to learn this may not be the industry for you
