Pros

I've been working at ExL for several years and continue to be impressed by the leadership and teamwork that fosters new ideas and critical thinking, resulting in innovative and quality products. Management recognizes talent and has developed a group of extremely bright and dedicated professionals who genuinely care about the success of their events. I enjoy working with like-minded people in a productive and energetic environment. I've achieved significant professional growth since working at ExL and look forward to gaining more and more valuable skills. I'd highly recommend a career at ExL.

Cons

No cons. I thought about this for quite some time and cannot identify any. Management is accommodating when helping their employees achieve an optimal work-life balance and the compensation is very fair.

Pros

If you are right out of college or want to start your career in events, then fine, this is the place to do it. Flexible hours, convenient location for commuters and a pretty independent working environment. You'll learn alot and take ownership of your projects.

Cons

Though the location is convenient for commuters, its also in an area filled with drug dealers and crack heads. The structure of company left me scratching my head often. Everyone works in their own way, there is no uniform process. Also, the events are cheaply done and I question the actual research that goes into each one. You almost feel like you are working for a "fake" company. Every month someone is quitting or getting fired, so serious on this. There is also ZERO office culture and the office itself needs some serious TLC, like does the company have money for basic up keep, decent supplies etc? Benefits are expensive. There is also a constant paranioa within production all the time, mostly due to the department head. He is too involved and has no consideration for anyone's timelines. He is very blunt, almost rude, and good luck complaining about him - it will go nowhere because senior management are all buddies.
