      Fixed finish time, no salary problem, hybrid wfh/wfo, nice working space, good office area.

      Cons

      management-wise, can be further improved. Constant changes in the project development halted the whole flow, maybe hire another senior programmer to ease up the project progress a bit.

      Good for people who want to start their career, as this company is quite forgiving for beginners, great company culture especially among peer workers

      No benefit, the management would say it's because they invest in you. Don't stay here for too long, no career, knowledge or experience development.
