Extremely disappointing people in leadership who shift blame to subordinates instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. Irresponsible with CAPEX. Leadership always playing it safe to not jeapordize themselves, and too arrogant to notice the contributions made by those underneath them. Managers will also take credit for the work you do instead of empowering those under them.
