Hello, and thank you for your feedback. Bonuses and salary increases are based on corporate as well as individual performance. Unfortunately, within the past few years we have not been able to meet our target bonus. In 2020, this was largely due to COVID-19, but we are proud that due to cost-management we were still able to pay employees a yearly incentive.
We understand that compensation has become a growing concern for many employees due to rising inflation. We are constantly monitoring compensation rates to ensure that all our employees are paid competitively.
