Pros

-Excellent salary package -Ideal office work conditions -Location easy to reach -Good employees

Cons

-Non inclusive workplace, no diversity at board level nor at levels underneath - 100% German leadership - a workplace where colleagues will recommend you to get back to your home country - where your mentor will notify you that the return to your home country would not be easy the first time you meet. -Dismissal critical attitude for any serious company - insulting comments + behaviours - up to raising a middle finger to your face during the dismissal discussion without you acted improperly -Non collaborative work culture across BLs - Leaders would purposefully negate sharing important documents for a critical project, delay its progress and intentionally place you in a difficult position -No onboarding support - during the pandemic and after two weeks in the role, the manager for the position left the company - the new manager informed you of no support needed on the day of the announcement of your manager departure - the company straight on offered non-related job activities - HR wasn't able to respond to working student working conditions basic questions - no training support on new job

Pros

Pay is good, bonuses are low, benefits have decreased every year Lunch in cafeteria is great Shift relief time was good, had enough time after work to be with family We sure miss Bonnie out there , she’s great.

Cons

Micromanaging - Extreme lack of trust Overall morale for the whole site is way down starting from 2018 Bias Backstabbing Incompetency - certain employees promoted to next level without actually knowing or understanding the process No work life balance, we’re told that doesn’t apply to production workers. Overtime hours avg 400-700 hours a year No room for employee growth or thoughts on process productivity/troubleshooting acknowledged if you’re not in the clique 3-2-2-3 shift schedule swapping from nights to day each time led to overall fatigue. Needs to be 2 weeks of nights and 2 weeks of days. HR is an overall joke, they used to be superb until COVID and the new site manager. Preach safety but turn a blind eye when it’s convenient to reach production. Then fault the operators or maintenance personnel if something happens.
