Very impressed with the compensation. Seems competitive with the market. Great work/life balance and flexible work schedule. Leadership team genuinely cares about everyone and prioritizes career development opportunities and employee retention Lots of growth opps. Team is comprised of really nice, fun people- who you want to be friends with (not just "colleagues")
Cons
Benefits are great. All the little touches of lunches, snacks, holidays/flex time off, employee events, and really nice office environment with a gym/parking. But could improve on 401k matching.
