Good Company - Hybrid Analyst Evolytics Employee Review

I was hired as a Hybrid Analyst straight out of college. With Evolytics being my first full-time employer, I did not know what to expect on my first day and had a ton of questions. I quickly learned that no question was too small and that every coworker wants to see you succeed. The culture at Evolytics is that of embracing curiosity and extending a helping hand to those in need. Although I have only worked at Evolytics for a few months up until this point, I feel that I have learned more in this short time period than I have in any other point in my life. Evolytics will give you every resource and every opportunity for you to succeed in your career.

I do not have any cons. This place and the people are special. I always look forward to coming into the office.

Here are some things I enjoyed about the Evolytics recruiting and new hire onboarding processes: - It only took two days from interview to offer process - thumbs up!!! - The offer letter and benefit documents were really informative. - HR Team and my new manager kept in contact with me while I was making my decision and after I accepted. - The background check was so smooth - not difficult at all - they have their act together. - The HR person called me as soon as I was clear for hire and she sent me a checklist to help me prepare for my 1st day with the company - the document provided information for the 1st day, 1st week, 1st two weeks, 1st month and who will be training me. - First day with Evolytics: It was a great welcome to the company and organized which I enjoyed. All new hires are welcomed with an awesome breakfast and meet & greet (All Evolytics employees joined me and told me a little about them). I really enjoyed my 1st day at Evolytics! - Great culture at Evolytics!

In terms of cons, I wished I had more time to make my employment decision as I had multiple offers on my plate and it was a little rush - I needed more than two weeks.
