There are hardly any positives here, and the management and team-lead culture are extremely poor.

Senior management demonstrates very rigid behavior toward employees, and the overall culture is quite toxic. In particular, the data engineering function is extremely weak—I was part of that team myself. I was assigned to a project where a single project manager’s decisions were followed blindly, regardless of whether they were right or wrong. There was no accountability, and unfortunately, our team lead’s behavior was also highly unprofessional. During my notice period, management put excessive pressure on me to complete and sign off the project before leaving. Even at that stage, senior management behaved unprofessionally, placing all responsibility solely on employees.
