Some of the front line managers are smart and dedicated.
Cons
No 1st day lunch, staff introductions or any form of on-boarding or training. Changed the scope of my job w/o discussion. Moved commission goalposts after I started w/o discussion. Internal staffers told me these kinds of disputes were common.
