Pros
The pay and benefits aren’t horrible. However, it’s not quite market standard when you breakdown the expectations and duties. Time off is good (both sick and pto). Some managers and teammates are great.
Cons
They don’t really listen to their employees. There have been a few lay offs while they claim that we are doing better than projected. They said no more lay offs and did a third one this year. Huge changes are being made that don’t make sense for the company. Lots of outsourcing. A core value is COHAD and the communication doesn’t seem honest. There isn’t much room for advancement and what little there was they have removed. Each position is demoting in duties.
