Pros

Evolve's culture is very much that of a family mentality. We work REALLY hard together, and never leave anyone hanging. If someone gets done with their work before the rest of the team, they stay to help others instead of leaving early. We eat together, hang out together, and spend time outside of work together. It's a very collaborative environment where creativity and thinking outside of the box is top priority. Great benefits: 401k, health, dental, vision, and plenty of time off/vacation time. Management is extremely flexible with schedules if you need to take time off. There are endless opportunities to grow within the company, as well as work with some of the Cincotta & Co. companies. Loyalty and hard work will determine your future at this company. And you will be rewarded accordingly.

Cons

Working at Evolve is not for the faint of heart, or for anyone who can't handle a little constructive criticism. Sal (the sole owner now) pushes all of his employees every day to be the best version of themselves. He holds you accountable when you mess something up, and if you can't take that heat, this job is not for you. This job (for everyone) is a minimum 50-hour work week. Busy season (September-December) is more than 50, but the rest of the year balances it out when you get to go home at 5pm most days.

Pros

When you become an employee for Evolve, you become part of a team. The overall moral and work environment is a positive and fun atmosphere. There are days we have music blaring, we are all conversing and sharing new ideas/ working on the betterment of the company, and there are also days where we throw headphones on and get to the grind. Working with a team mentality, we are all on the same page and do our best to stay in sync; communication is key. Sal (CEO) and Management are very accessible, easy to talk to, and are open to new ideas, critiques, and solutions. The hard work we put in is so rewarding, and it does not go unnoticed. I've worked really hard to earn the opportunities I've been given, and with those opportunities comes growth. The company offers full benefit options, 401k, PTO and sick days, flexible schedule, opportunity to grow within the company. Having a career at Evolve can be as fulfilling as you want it to be. If you are willing to put in the work, share ideas/ solutions and climb the ladder to the top, the opportunities are truly endless.

Cons

Busy season is always an uphill battle, but over time the company has made changes to better manage and prepare each year. Expect to work longer hours in busy season. You have to work much harder to maintain that work/life balance, but it evens out in our slower season.
