Pros
Small businesses are usually lean and free from bureaucracy, and Evolve is no exception. Employees are usually granted wide latitude in their workflows and routines, and everyone's voice is heard in the organization. Evolve provides marketing for many, many different industries, and employees can work and gain experience in numerous business segments. If working on something different every day appeals to you, then positions with Evolve will be rewarding for you. The organization is very open with the challenges it's facing, and all employees are welcomed and encourages to provide solutions to those challenges and work as a team to improve the organizational structure and offerings.
Cons
As was true in the pros column, Evolve does have the same challenges as any small business. If you prefer large corporate environments where 15-20 people may be assigned to a single task, then you may feel overwhelmed without that large support network. The employees at Evolve are typically jack-of-all-trade workers who can operate in very small groups or even individually to complete their work. As such, taking time off may be more challenging since you'll be expected to account for or reschedule your workload, but vacation and PTO requests aren't typically denied either. Client budgets are leaner than in larger metropolitan areas, so employees at Evolve will have to find ways to stretch fewer dollars further.
