Working at Evolve Inc was awesome for my people skills, sales game, and overall business vibes. The team was all about giving top-notch service and nailing sales, creating a chill workplace where success was the norm. The managers were cool leaders, and the focus on trying new things boosted my business smarts. Evolve Inc wasn't just a job; it was a rad place to keep leveling up and growing.

While working at Evolve Inc had its perks, like boosting my people skills and offering performance-based bonuses, there were some cons to consider. The gig involved hitting up people outside retail stores for money, which could get a bit hectic and fast-paced. The base pay was there, but the pressure to meet targets for those bonuses could be a challenge. Juggling the fast-paced environment and the need to approach folks for funds could be a bit overwhelming for those looking for who just want an easy going job.

The positivity that the company culture provided was nice sometimes, but very overbearing and fake at other times.

Company was shady about the job that they were hiring for, they forgot about me and on my first day working there i found out that they had moved offices and wasn’t even made aware because i was forgotten about. not a company that cared about their employees.
