Pros
Very friendly and family oriented environment, makes it easy to work with such nice people. Training is ongoing, and nobody gets upset if you ask questions.
Cons
Because of the tiny staff, some things take longer to do than necessary, such as hiring someone or giving them their hiring files. Have to constantly remind management of such.
