We could have been more focused.

Fantastic team oriented environment, where we are working on developing a Social Business platform that has the ability to revolutionize the industry and how people are rewarded for championing a cause. The management team values feedback and input from staff members, and opportunities for growth abound. Really proud to be part of this team where autonomy and purpose are valued.

Only real downside is that we have so much to do and not enough great people to help us do it. We need to build out our team with people who are passionate about what they do.
