- gives a good understanding of how to use Avid in a pressurised industry environment - you will make friends that make the job bearable - strong camaraderie in the team but only due to how poorly treated everyone is - oppurtunity for location jobs - free toast, cereal and biscuits

- mental health and disability not taken seriously - pay rises not given to staff who meet the necessary criteria, meaning that ops are doing tasks which are chargeable to the company for free - underpayment of wages in violation of contract - managers in positions they are not experienced for - toxic culture of finger pointing and blame gaming, mistakes are treated as opportunities to humiliate rather than moments to learn from and grow - diversity in operations and creative roles is very poor - non existant HR - outdated, dirty facilities with cockroaches and mice that will be running around your feet as you work - neurodivergent employees pushed out the door at earliest convenience
