If you really want to know what it's like to work here, go straight to the negative reviews. They are 100% accurate. This company is a textbook example of a toxic work environment. If you're looking to ruin your mental health, experience constant anxiety, unbearable stress, and dirty corporate politics, then welcome to EvolutionCo. The management is absolutely terrible. They’re blindly firing experienced, dedicated employees and trying to build a new team from scratch, basically throwing away diamonds while digging for dust. Talented people have been walking out the door in frustration because of relentless micromanagement and zero appreciation. If you're considering this company, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. This place is not worth your time, energy, or skills. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
